Here you go...batteries again.

Sorry, I need some help!

I'm a fresh owner of a beautiful 140 (1967) and I have a Gill 35. I want to keep the battery always fresh and ready so I have decided to connect a batteryminder...I have read the posts in this forum but I still have a few questions:

1) Is it ok/legal to use a kit like this one https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/audioathaik.php?

2) Is this the right device https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/vdc12248aas5.php?

3) Can I just install it or I need some A&P/paperwork stuff done?

Thanks for the help!

Tex
