Hi, I am a British pilot, aeronautical engineer and historian. I own half a Jodel D150 and am a very occasional Cherokee flyer. I have about 750 hours of mostly tailwheel time. I've just complete a book on the Cherokee family to follow my earlier books on the Cessna 172: A Pocket History and on British Built Aircraft.
I should have liked to have found the site earlier as Piper, unlike Cessna, were not able to make images available to me (too many changes of ownership to work out who holds the rights, I guess).
Meantime, I hope your flying weather is as good as it currently is in south east England (i.e. gin clear with a light breeze).
