So with my prop and spinner having recently been stolen I'm looking for a new spinner assembly for a 1964 Cherokee 140.

My prop guy quoted me $2100 for a spinner assembly from Piper but I see that Univair has aluminum for around $500 (entire assembly) and Aircraft Spruce about $1000 for composite. Can anyone recommend where else that I might find one and is the composite that much better?
