I happened across a really good deal on a King KMD150 with built in GPS. Would like to install in my PA28-140. I have a copy of the installation manual, and it has an STC for Cessna 182. My IA is a really good one and will let me install this, but beyond supervising the install he is also going to want me to outline what authorizes the installation (VFR only). I'm still learning about this stuff, so bear with me. Most equipment like this I see authorized via an AML. Is there an STC for the KMD150 install in a PA28? Or does someone have a recent AML showing the PA28-140 listed? Thanks in advance......
