I'm trying to remove the lower left instrument panel trim on a PA-32RT-300 to repaint it and it looks like I need to remove the landing gear handle knob to do so. I don't see a screw or allen wrench screw that holds it on like the other knobs. Any advice on how to remove it? Is that something I can remove without being an A&P? Thanks in advance for the help.
