I have a PA-28-235 and I recently had an engine monitor installed. On climb out and cruise I've noticed that the #3 cylinder (I have 6) runs what I would consider extremely hot - around 440F on climb-out and 415F on cruise.

The front two cylinders are cooling correctly, as are the rear cylinders (which I would expect since they're the leanest cylinders anyway). I think this is a baffling issue.

What options do I have for replacing the (stock) baffles in my aircraft? I'd rather go with aftermarket than stock, since Piper wants 3x as much.
