I have an Aspen Pro Max in my Dakota that I am happy with. My vacuum driven backup AI is starting to misbehave. Vacuum pressure is good, I think the instrument itself is starting to get sticky. Rather than repair it, it seems like the time to replace it with something electronic and pull the vacuum system out.

I had assumed I would do an AV-30-C but recently saw an article on the RC Allen Mini 6 that looks interesting. Money is an object so a second Pro Max is probably out.

Does anyone have experience with the RC Allen?

Thanks,
Ken
