I was watching the Bond marathon over the weekend, and saw a formation of 5 pipers in Goldfinger (Pussy Galores flying circus). When they landed, I could see on the nose that they were Cherokee 235's. I got two of the N numbers while watching, and looked them up. 1964 Piper Cherokee 235's, just like mine! However the serial numbers were about 90 less than mine. Missed it by that much.... :p
My wife has been of the opinion that the plane needs repainted because it is ugly (brown and cream - have to agree!). I told her I found my new paint scheme. She isn't nearly as interested in getting it repainted now.:D
