A friend and myself are planing a flight from Santa Monica, CA to Southern Florida in April. Planning 1.5 days to Florida. Stops at interesting places along the way will change this.
We're requesting suggestions for interesting and/or must see places East of the Mississippi along the southern states. We'll be stopping by Sun N' Fun and then on to The Keys and Bahamas.
Any tips or suggestions for places that must be visited would be greatly appreciated. Also tips into and out of the Bahamas.
Possibly a run up to the outer banks and First Flight.
