Wanted - wing inspection panel jig

So a while back I got the plate and inner ring kit on here and I saw a jig for drilling rivet holes and cutting the main hole on a video but I can't find the jig anywhere. Obviously you only need it the one time so I figure someone has one floating around here they wouldn't mind renting or me just buying outright. Would make the job go a lot faster.

Anyone have one?
