I currently have the old coffee can red and white rotating beacon on the top of the tail on my Cherokee 140. I would really like to get rid of that drag. What does anyone suggest. I have looked at some of the Knots2u options and am interested in them. I would be most interested in the vertical fin top without the light mount because it would have the least drag.

I do not wish to replace the current position lights with strobes. Can I mount a beacon or strobe on the belly and be legal. If so, what do you suggest.

Thanks.
