Tail Beacon Replacement

Tail Beacon anti collision light stopped working today. This is the original tall design with the red & white lens. I’d like to replace it with the Orion low profile 360 LED but was wondering if I could just plug into the the old power source that runs the current strobe? I haven’t checked yet to determine if it’s the bulb or the power source.
