Steering Issues PA-32 Lance II

I recently had a problem with feedback in pedals while taxiing - maintenance did some repairs and resolved the problem but today after a flight the problem returned - at speed steering works fine - at slow speed steering pulling to the right -

Is there some sort of interconnect or bungy that could be at issue.
