Before I go to the airport with the wrong tools, I thought Id ask what it takes to remove my old analog oat? It sticks out the top of the windshield.

I have coming today a full set of bruces covers purchased used, but are new. there is no sheath for my old oat guage on the extended canopy cover and a couple have the tail number on them. The good news is I contacted the company, and they will sew a "sheath" and change the tail numbers for around $30. :) I just need to get the package, go to my plane, and take out the probe so I can accurately mark the location.
