I recently purchased my Piper Cherokee 180C and completed my first annual. I changed my plugs, installed new battery, repaired the wires to my electric fuel pump, and now after completing this work engine is hard to start when cold. Once the engine is warmed up with the oil temp of the lower peg the engine will fire up within just short of one prop revolution. I even checked the accelerator pump filter to check for blockages and none were found. Trying to figure out what the issue may be on start with a cold engine. Does anyone have any suggestions to look at?

V/R,
Chuck
