I can't turn my panel lights on. My A&P installed a led strip on the bottom of the top panel and got energy from the lights dimmer directly but he couldn't find why the other lights doesn't turn on. He also checked the bulbs and they are not burned. Also the bottom panel lights (engines instruments) are out. Yes we also check the fuse.
Any suggestion is welcome as well as a wiring diagram.
