My rear door is sprung somewhat and doesn't close real well. The way it does close is to press down, from the outside top latch. Closing from the inside is next to impossible as the top latch doesn't catch.

Any one else seen this or have this issue?

Also, is there a strap or something to install to grab on the inside to close the door?

My handle doesn't have a grip area...and the latch lever isn't too sturdy to use as a pull.
