Hello Piper Forum,
I am the proud new owner of a 1977 Piper Lance in Lawrence, Kansas! While I have flown a variety of planes (Diamond 40 and 20, Cirrus SR-22, Cessnas, and the occasional Mooney) I am new to the Piper family. The addition of my 3rd child, our baby girl born in September, led me to looking at 6 seat singles and for my mission the Lance seemed like a great option for our family.
I have not yet had much time in the airplane but if the weather is decent in January, I plan to do a fair amount of transition training with a local instructor and getting out to fly her quite a bit.
Pic is attached. Nice to virtually meet everyone and I look forward to being a part of the Piper community!
