Started on Project 1 of 3: New Carpet.
Pulled out all old carpet, found lots of "surprises". Currently in the process of cleaning all aluminum surfaces to remove the dried glue using 3M Adhesive Remover. May decide to use zinc chromate on all surfaces prior to installing the new carpet. Attached a few pictures. Carpet is from TN Wings. Will have custom floor mats made as well. Removing the carpet was not too bad. Found cardboard under carpet, plywood floor under rear seats and some hard foam panels under front seats. Will be adding some 1/4" foam backing under front carpet areas.
