Seats.

Enclosed are some pictures of my front seats on my PA28-151. The left seat has some sort of height adjust mechanism that I cannot get to adjust. I am tall and I need it to come down a couple of inches. There appears to be some sort of zerk fitting on the end of the cylinder along with a button positioned in front of it. I have tried to push the zerk fitting with the button and with the tip of a screwdriver all to no avail. What am I doing wrong? The right seat appears to be fixed height. I am not sure what to do with this as my daughter needs a 4 inch cushion just to peek over the glare shield. Can I swap the seats? Can I find another seat that will adjust?
