I have a 1980 Warrior II with a single light in the nose, behind the prop and below the spinner. When landing at night, the "Landing light" is pretty much a decoration since it works great when the nose wheel is on the ground. I get nervous in the flare with the nose pointing up and landing in the dark...for all the obvious reasons.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Here is a quick video showing what I'm referring to. http://youtu.be/2ZdbylRAuVc

Suggestions? Do I have a partial burned out light? Is it improperly indexed? Do I need to change to something else? As far as I know, it's the proper light for the model.
