Help to identify a switch???

Here is a switch that I didn't know was there under the right side panel next to the Nav/panel lights. I looked in the POH, Service Manual and PM but there is no mention of this switch. It has heavy gauge wiring one in one out and a protected switch. I took a chance and flipped the switch with power on the ground but nothing happened that I can see. I was thinking it was to power down non essential items, but no. Anyone know or have educated guesses on what its for? This is factory and not something aftermarket.
