Off field landing, not a scratch on me but last second events led to gear up landing. I'm wrestling with fix it, sell it as is, or part it out. Pics and specs are here: 1979 PIPER ARROW IV PA28RT-201 • FOR SALE BY OWNER

How does "parting it out" generally work? Who buys aircraft like this (with solid avionics) as is?

What's your experience with this kind of thing?
