The CHT's vary dramatically in all phases of flight according to the reading from Insight GEM Cylinder 1 is coolest at 280-320. Cylinder 4 is hottest at 370-415. That variation seems to me excessive. PA32-260 O540 with 500 hours and new spark plugs , mags and harness.
