The rental Archers I flew always had the blower motor in the rear of the fuselage that pulled air in from the side intake and blew it out of the overhead vents.

Mine doesn't have a blower motor, just a piece of ductwork. Needless to say it's basically useless, zero airflow. However there isn't a switch on the panel for a fan, so I'm assuming some(mine included) were never equipped.

Is it possible to buy the blower fan and have it installed with the necessary wiring and switches? Estimated cost? Might not bother depending...
