Looking for information regarding the hydraulic test mule for gear swings.
My shop has basically a big version of the manual hand pump they use for other aircraft but I am thinking of purchasing a mule for use on my Aztec

Wondering if their is an alternative hydraulic pump easily sourced that might not have the price tag of the Piper unit ( although I don't know of the cost or availability of the Piper unit)

Previously we have done gear swings with the manual backup hand pump on the Aztec power pack

I have access to fluidline and princess auto stores but could just as easily order something from the USA or online

I even thought of eBay and buying an engine driven Aztec pump and having s friend machine some parts and bolt an Ac motor too it

My NUMBER ONE thing is I don't want to break anything on the aircraft
Number two is cost
