Aztec F nacelle nose bowl piano hinges

Anyone had to replace the piano hinges that are fiberglassed into the nose bowls? the ones that secure the two sides together?

Mine have deteriorated and i need to replace.

Interested in hearing from anyone who has done this, knows the hinge part numbers, or might know a company that could do it for me.
