Situation: Everthing was normal after flying and then stopping off at the pump to top off. Just as I'm pulling into the parking spot:
All gear lights green. Gear unsafe then lights up and a horn goes blaring. (Glad this was not the inflight indication...)
I get it shut down and verify that all gear are fully extended. I then turn the master back on and the nose light refuses to go green, horn is wailing away.
Haven't been able to get it on jacks yet but mech suspects the hydraulic pressure switch. Looking at the service manual I'm prompted to say "maybe" but not necessarily.
Anyone have experience in isolating such indications to the ~$1,000 pressure switch?
Thanks,
Jim
