Well I'm doing an annual on my plane and discovered pretty much all the bushings for the nose retract should be replaced. I received all the new parts I ordered today but have an issue with the trunnion pivot bushing and bearing. I have a 72 Arrow and according to the ipc the inner sleeve is a 65003-046 and the bushing for the trunnion is a 452-447. How ever they new parts don't match what I removed as seen in the pic below. Bushing and sleeve on left are what I removed, New parts are on the right.

What am I missing here. Do I need 2 of the new 452 447 flanged bushings per side of the trunnion? Also the sleeve won't go in the bushing with out reaming the bushing.
