I have a Dakota (PA28-236). At the bottom of the panel is a placard regarding alternate static air. There does not appear to be anything to switch it on/off.

Looking under the panel, there is a bar of sorts - maybe 1/4" think that goes somewhere, but the end is behind the panel and I am not sure what I am seeing exactly. Does someone have a picture of what the alternate static air lever/knob/whatever is supposed to look like?
