So I'm finishing up my wing root faring install, compliance with SB 1006, and installed a heated pitot tube. All has gone well but the running of the wires for the heated pitot tube was a challange. That's a long story. The fuel lines behind the tank were from 1967 and my plane is a 1968. They were not leaking but were ready to go at any time. If you haven't done it, DO IT. My mechanic estimates at this time he has 32 hours on the job. I am also overhualing the primer pump.
