Late Friday Inner tube in right main tire of my Archer II had a catastrophic failure while taxiing. A/C stuck on taxiway with ruined tire and tube. Fortunately, at home a/p and friendly mech able to return to help, and he had correct tube and tire in stock. Not a serious problem this time, but it would have been that in many locations, or at other times of day.
Do many of you stock your own tires/tubes “just in case?” What else?
BTW, tire pressures checked recently and tube< 2 years old.
