Just going through my AFM and getting it scanned to lighten the load on board the plane. Reading through some W&B docs and came across a weight and balance last done by the seller's avionics company. The useful load is listed as 914.05 pounds, but the empty weight shows 1485.95. The sum of useful load plus empty weight is 2400 pounds. It's a 1973 Cherokee Challenger 180 and the AFM says max gross is 2450. Maybe they used the wrong MGW in calculating the useful load? or am i missing something?
