Hello all, I'm a new guy. I just sold my Cessna 140 and I'm on the lookout for a Cherokee Six. I have a couple I'm interested in and hope to make an offer soon.
I have a corrosion question. I see that the Piper Service Bulletin for inspecting the wing spar for corrosion will likely soon be an AD. Would it be wise to ask the seller to comply with the service bulletin prior to the purchase? How common is this spar corrosion?
