I currently fly a Cherokee 180 and looking at moving up to a Turbo Arrow. Doing research on the Turbo Arrow I discovered something a bit odd. The Vno range is 149 KIAS to 190 KIAS. However, at the 75% power setting, the plane is supposed to fly at 172 KIAS. Weirder yet, at 65% power the plane is supposed to fly at 167 KIAS, well within the yellow arch.

So, do I have bad data or is this correct? If it's correct can someone who flies Turbo Arrows please expaln and tell me how you fly this airplane based on the wide Vno range. Thanks!!
