I was denied an eTrade account, they gave me some lip service about a company called ChexSystems and said I'd have to ask in writing why they denied me... So I did. I get a letter back about my SSN being issued in Mississippi in 1985 and not matching my birth year (I was born in the 70s). So, I got denied an eTrade account due to an error in their system. Not real sure where they get their info from. Anyone else ever had this problem?
