I upgraded my old original Nav lights ( non Strobe) with some WAT Orion 650 lights. I have been told that I have to have the strobes wired to secondary switch and fuse/ breaker per the FAA Regs. I have not been able to find this in the FAR. Can anyone tell me where this is. I fly VFR and wanted the led's plus the strobes to be seen better. Can i leave both NAV and strobes on the same switch?
