My Hartzell two-bladed prop is approaching its calendar O/H limit. It's working fine so I plan to go past the limit as it has received TLC and has low hours. At some point (probably if it springs a leak or there's a governor issue) I will replace it. I'm looking for folks with experience in going from a 2 to 3 blades. I'm attracted by the reduced noise signature as well as the promise of somewhat enhanced climb performance. PA-28R-201T with the TSIO360FB engine.
