I am considering a Twin Commanche transition from my Arrow. What specific issue should i be concerned with other than normal? I've read about the 1,000 hour gear inspection. Is insurance hard to obtain or pricy - my agent seems to think so? Seems the 5th and 6th seats would be useless but I really would not need them.
