Saratoga Initial training DFW area needed

Greeting all. I am looking for a decent program/person to give me the transitional training I need to move to a Saratoga. I've looked at Simcom, but it is not simulator based (which is fine) but since I'd be using my own plane anyhow, I'd prefer to find someone in the Fort Worth, TX area that has Saratoga experience under their belt. I will also need to obtain my complex and high performance rating during the training.
