I am having a very strange issue with my rudder / nose wheel rigging. After having it re-rigged, my plane flies and taxi's perfectly. I can taxi straight with very little rudder input and in cruise, a little rudder trim is all I need to keep the ball centered. The problem comes in after a flight or two after the re rigging. I have to hold a **** load of rudder to keep it on the centerline while taxiing and run out of rudder trim trying to get the ball to center in level flight. I have to keep constant rudder pressure to keep the ball centered. The last time this happened I had to keep right rudder, now it is the left.

I just had it re-rigged for a third time, by yet another mechanic. This time, they are well known and I believe they did it correctly, but I am having the exact same problem now after one flight.

Do you guys have any suggestions on where to start looking?
