Replace ELT

I have an AmeriKing ELT that is not passing a test and the company seems to be in trouble with the FAA. For a replacement I am looking at

Thoughts on these? Since my old one was 121.5 only, I guess I will need a new antenna? Also the Artex one needs a different panel switch.
