What is the purchase process when buying a plane from private party to private party? Been down that road many times with autos, but never a plane before. How is registration processed? Sales tax collected? Bill of Sale? Transfer of liability? etc? Cash deal, no bank/financial institution involved. Feeling very uninformed...
