I need to replace my prop on my 1967 PA28-140. I have the 160 HP Lycoming Warrior engine and my current prop is a Sensenich 74DM6-058. I wanted to look at Mccauley props as well as Sensenich. My mechanic has advised me there is more involved in doing a conversion than just replacing the prop. Has anyone done this switch and could advise me what exactly is involved? Thank you for any help or suggestions.
