Recently added wheel fairings to an 84 Archer. Since I'm refurbing the a/c I've only flown it few times since. Between the paint, fixing up fiberglass, removing antennas, etc., it's picked up quite a bit of speed (13 knots at same throttle setting-GPS measured, multiple directions) Fixed pitched props tend to act like airspeed indicators in level flight so the rpm is obviously higher. Considering twisting the prop an extra degree or two...opinions?
