Continental C-90 and O-200 Power Curves at 2750 rpm for varying manifold pressure. Note that the 90 develops more power than the O-200 when the manifold pressure is below 21" Hg (high altitude). Red is O-200, blue is C-90. 2750 is above rated rpm for the 90, but is included in the Continental data set for that engine.

Continental Sea Level Torque Curves for 29" Hg Manifold Pressure at varying rpm for C-85 (yellow), C-90 (blue), O-200 (red), O-200 with 9.5:1 pistons, and O-200 with 10.5:1 pistons. Note that the Continental data set for the C-90 has a bad data point at 2350 rpm, the O-200 at 2150 rpm, and the C-85 at 2575 rpm. Also note that at sea level and 29" MP, the O-200 develops significantly more torque than the C-90 throughout the rpm range.
