Piper Dakota Pre-Buy

I'm starting this thread to consolidate the other 2 I had that both ended up discussing the pre-buy of a Piper Dakota I got an accepted offer in BUT that's turning up some nasty engine issues...

So I have an accepted offer in a highly upgraded 79 Dakota. I flew to TX to visually inspect & test fly it and everything went very well & plane performed very well as well so I moved forward w/ pre-buy and during Phase I (Logs & Engine) corrosion/pitting on all cylinders was found and this is where things are at right now... Seller will be informed and we'll see what happens after that.
