Hi there!

Wanted to join Piper Forum to learn more about possible upgrades to four-place Pipers. About 90% of my 450 hours is in a C-150 with the other 10% in a Beech A35. Flew my first Piper last August for a BFR, a '74 Cherokee 140. Not one I would upgrade to, focusing now on a Warrior II. The Warrior seems to fit my mission the best. Flew Safety Pilot in one years ago, and was impressed. I will need to actually sit down in one to see how ergonomically it will be for me. I have "swelled" over the years since the Warrior II flights.

I'm 5'7, but 210 lbs. In the 140, when checking the flight controls, full aileron deflection with full elevator up caused the yoke to hang up on my thighs.

If I remember, the Warrior's yoke was a little higher.

See ya in the threads!

Jeff
