My recently purchased '67 Cherokee six has an 0540 with approx. 300 hours SMOH. I am averaging 17-18 gallons per hour - seems a bit high averaging 65% power setting - is this about the reality of fuel flow on this engine? Or does this gph seem a bit high? I'm running EGT's around 1250-1300
