5” nose wheel from 1997 Piper Warrior

Complete and ready to install.

Decent tread on the tire (4 ply).

Bearings are in good shape but I would repack them first if I was installing.

May fit other planes that use the 5” nose wheel.

USA sale only and I can take PayPal.

Bought in error as I needed a 6 wheel/tire”. My loss is your gain.

Make a fair offer.

I may be interested if this is a 5” wheel I can install on my Comanche. The Comanche original size is 6”, but the alternate (stc?) is the 5”. Can anyone else confirm this? If you can give me a wheel part number, that would help.

Yes, thanks. I believe the 500-5 is the correct wheel. I will verify ASAP, but that may not happen until after the new year.
How old is the tire? The tread looks fine but I would be concerned about dry rot/ rubber hardening.

I do not know the age of the tire. I bought it and ended up buying the wrong size. My planes uses 600-6's.

Ok. I’ll PM you with an offer, possibly tomorrow. I’ll see my AP then.
BTW, I have some 6” tires in used but serviceable condition free for the shipping.
